Ceta Traders Ltd operates Ceta Traders, a marketplace and set of business tools connecting buyers, suppliers and service providers across borders. These terms apply to every Ceta Traders site and subdomain. Ceta Pay and Ceta Ship publish their own terms.

You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in methods secure. An organization's owner is responsible for who they invite and the roles they grant. You must be able to enter contracts on behalf of the business you register.

To sell, bid on tenders or receive payouts you may be asked to verify your identity and your business. Verification is carried out by our identity partner; we may refuse, suspend or close an account that cannot be verified or appears on a sanctions list.

Contracts for goods and services are between the buyer and the seller. We are not a party to them, do not take title to goods, and do not guarantee a counterparty's performance, the accuracy of listings, or that goods may lawfully be imported into your country. Check tariffs, licences and sanctions before you trade.

Payments are processed by our payment partners. An order is paid only when the payment provider confirms it. Fees and commissions are shown before you commit and are deducted from payouts as stated.

• No unlawful, counterfeit, sanctioned or prohibited goods or services.
• No misleading listings, fake reviews, or attempts to move a transaction off-platform to avoid fees.
• No attempts to access other organizations' data, probe our systems, or disrupt the service.
• No uploading malware; uploaded files are scanned and may be refused.

You keep ownership of what you upload and grant us the licence needed to host, display and translate it for the purpose of running the service.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts of other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes before they take effect.
